This is the plumper cousin of black beauty! The shape is almost round with the tasty white flesh covered by glossy violet-black skin. This variety is very tasty grilled or fried, is good for stuffing, indeed I haven’t tried this variety in any recipe that I haven’t enjoyed. Price for 10 seeds
