Entita ~ this slim Japanese type, has particularly dark green leaves (try these chopped over other veg when serving, added to a stuffing mix into or backed in bread).  The paler shank remains slim and easily cut lengthways for dips, salads and stir frying.

Lilia ~ lovely Lilia has rich red stems are topped by fresh green leaves: a dramatic and tasty AGM winner.  This is a versatile variety that can also be spring sown and grown with a wider spacing as a bulbing main crop onion.

Summer Island ~ reputed to be less pungent than other varieties whilst delivering fresh onion flavour this little stunner really is sweet and mild:  early maturing and an AGM winner too.           

Winter Hardy White Lisbon ~ sowing from late July to late October, this variety will give you a great crop in March/April thus you have all the flavour of White Lisbon in a little Winter Hardy stunner!
